The Ministry Insight Tool (MIT) is provided by Interim Pastor Ministries to help a church evaluate their ministry in the self-study process during a time of transition. As we anticipate the 2^nd Stage of IPM’s process to strengthen our church this is one of several tools we will use to help us clarify reality. The survey, which takes about 25 minutes to complete, is an opportunity for you to take an extensive look into various aspects of our church’s ministry.
