The primary reason we meet together is to focus our attention on God. We respond to the goodness and greatness of God by worshipping Him with our whole selves and lives. Each service here is a set time for you to worship God, grow in relationship with Jesus, and experience the power or the Holy Spirit.
Biblical teaching and studying the Bible compels our hearts and instructs our lives to respond in faith and loving devotion to Him as Savior and Lord. This happens not just on Sunday but throughout the week in different contexts and at our youth & adult programs.
Many of us struggle with our Christian walk and with difficult circumstances of life. We as a church want to help you. We provide tools and resources providing a Biblical perspective for navigating common life stages and challenging situations.
True understanding of the Bible leads to godly living and service, because our salvation was not earned by good works, but for good works. We are to serve and love both God and people, shown in our acts of worship and witness. We have many opportunities for you to use your gifts for the Body of Christ and people in our community.
We are a church for "all generations". You were not meant to live your life alone no matter your age or life situation. Nothing compares to the joy of Christian friendship and community. We have many ministries for kids, youth and adults to be connected within our church. There are three main ways that we encourage you to connect and grow within the Maranatha church family below.
Here at Maranatha we are a church of "all generations". We have many Ministries for kids, youth and adults and to be connected within our church family. These Ministries advance the mission of our church by providing opportunities for fellowship, intentional discipleship, encouraging one another in our devotion to Him and applying God's Word in our lives. Please talk with a Pastor or check out the "Ministries" section at the Resource Center in order to get connected.
Faith@Home is a disciple making strategy to help everyone at Maranatha be intentional in making disciples of Jesus. Faith@Home is relevant for every person, whether single or married, a young child or retired adult, because it helps us as a church continue in the vision in which God has been leading us for many years: "Reaching all generations for Christ." Faith@Home is designed to assist you in growing deeper in Christ, becoming more connected with other Christians, and living out your faith at home. As we understand the great story of God's redeeming grace that brings salvation, our desire is to live out the daily implications of the Gospel in ways that impact our community. We believe that being united to Christ is not only about us being forgiven but also about joining God in His mission to restore and renew the broken world and proclaim the joy of salvation in Christ to others in need. True understanding of the Bible leads to godly living and service, because our salvation was not earned by good works, but for good works. We are to serve and love both God and people, shown in our acts of worship and witness. We have many opportunities for you to use your gifts for the Body of Christ and people in our community.
